With 14+ bedrooms (19 brand new beds total) and plenty of spacious indoor/outdoor lounge areas Casa Grande is perfect for tropical family vacations, private retreats, exciting sportfishing adventures, special events, wedding receptions, and secluded hideaways. Our exquisitely designed villa is decorated with comfortable furniture and high-end electronics. There are TVs throughout the villa, including a new 85-inch TV on the outside terrace, surrounded by couches, while you dine al fresco with jungle and ocean views. Blazing-fast wi-fi throughout the villa, pool, casitas, and garden – so you can stream movies, music, or take wi-fi calls throughout the property, or when lounging by the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and is open to the living area, so cooks can socialize as they slice or sauté. Each of the villa's 14 bedrooms has large windows with amazing views and en-suite bathrooms. Master bedrooms each have private terraces. All bedrooms have AC units. This secluded villa opens to a spacious terrace with a sunny row of loungers, pool and hot tub, all with breathtaking views of the jungle and ocean. A large covered outdoor kitchen has a sitting area where you can serve refreshments from the bar while waiting for the barbecue to heat up. You will be delighted with the cool ocean breeze all day long at this lush hillside villa where it is usual to be visited by macaws, toucans and monkeys! Dishwasher and washer/dryer are all included to make your stay pleasant in this amazing location.

Jaco is less than a 20-minute drive away, so you can enjoy the famous Playa Jaco beach for surfing, restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, casinos, local shopping, and much more. Or take a day trip, about a 90-minute drive, to Quepos to visit the beautiful Manual Antonio National Park. You can also take a day trip to the city of San Jose, about 60 miles away, to explore Costa Rica’s capital’s metropolitan culture. You’ll want to book your flights into Juan Santamaria International Airport, a 60-minute drive from Casa Grande.

There is plenty of parking on-site. There is a rental car office inside this Los Suenos community and typically they can drop off a car at the house. If you do not want to rent a car, we can have our concierge reach out to you for private trips for an added charge.
